Our goal was to establish a firm that would provide greater personal attention to the clients where the clients can feel comfortable to obtain experienced attorneys who have tried cases and have been successful. SEPL has extensive litigation experience concentrating in commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance defense, product liability defense, admiralty, medical malpractice, personal injury, and criminal defense. SEPL also represents clients in real-estate transactions, both commercial and residential, business acquisitions, and contract negotiation and preparation. We are admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts. Our office is centrally located in South Miami at 6333 Sunset Drive in Miami, Florida.
